Shipping & Returns 

All orders will be confirmed by email. Wherever possible, we will aim to process regular orders within 2 working days and items to be delivered within the UK will be dispatched for free by Royal Mail 2nd Class mail. Items to be delivered outside of the UK will be dispatched for a flat fee of £4.50 by Royal Mail International Standard mail. Where our normal processing time is not possible (for example during holiday or other busy periods), we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected processing time. If for any reason you are unhappy with the expected processing time of your order, and where processing has not commenced, you can cancel your order by contacting us by email and you will be fully refunded. Wherever possible, we will issue an agreed refund within 2 working days. For larger orders (>10 items), an expected processing time will be confirmed at the time an order is placed. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to process larger orders within 5 working days.

If you need a UK order processed more urgently than that described above, there is an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class at checkout for an extra cost of £1.00. If you need an order processed more urgently than any of those available at checkout, please contact us by email. We will always to try to honour this, however, please note that there will be an additional shipping cost to have an order delivered more urgently than those available at checkout.

Due to the bespoke nature of these hand-crafted items, it is not possible to return unwanted items. Since all items are handmade, each one is unique and cannot be returned for individuality. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item, please get in touch by email and we will respond quickly to remedy this. We want customers to be happy with their items and customer satisfaction is very important to us. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is agreed, the funds will only be returned upon receipt of the original item. Wherever possible, we will issue the refund within 2 working days.

If at any time you do not feel that a proposed resolution is to your satisfaction, you can use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution website to act as an arbitrator between us to ensure that your case is resolved fairly. However, we do not think you will ever need this, because we take customer service very seriously and will always try to resolve any issues long before you feel the need to invite an arbitrator.
